Hm. Side with the normally sensible, reasonable race that's caused few problems for most, is willing to help, and at worst is dragged by a few bad apples that are the natural consequences of a mostly democratic society, and has sane, understandible, and reasonable goals of living with the rest of the galaxy...

Or the politically, socially, and ideologically inept mchines who can't interact with organics to save their lives, and have a penchant for siding with the Reapers?

I personally think it's a bit hypocritic of Legion wanting to use the Reaper coding so that the geth can become AI, while in ME2 he states that they should develop the technologies down their own path rather than continue to rely on reaper technologies, which I'm very agree with. So unless something changes that a proper explanation is given, the geth are on their way out in my playthrough

I would actually prefer not to kill either race. The bad publicity for both races is due to a minority in both cases. Although, the quarians blaming the geth for everything is kind of hypocritical, as they created them and then got scared and tried to kill them all... Plus, the geth really need to get better firewalls and antivirus software, so they won't get infected with another murderous viewpoint.

As much as I adore Legion, I don't think I can ever trust the Geth. There's just something about those lamp-heads.

Tactically speaking, sacrificing the geth would be a better choice, since they can be re-written quite easily, and indoctrination of organics requires time. I'd prefer not to do so since I generally like to make as many allies as possible, but if it's a forced decision like Virmire, then that's sadly how it is to be.

That's what I mean. The galaxy is doomed, all races. Not just humanity. So why stress humanity? I can read between the lines and it is not even hard reading your lines. Humanity this humanity that when all species sit in the same boat.
