I have all of the crafting rescources including Felendaris, Dragon blood, and Ambrosia, but for some reason It won't give me the achievement. Is there something I can do to fix this because this one of the last two achievments I need (excluding Mark of the Assassin achievments.).

A lot of us are in the same boat, friend. They apparently fixed it in the latest update, but it didn't fix it for all of us.
I made an entire third playthrough centered around achievement hunting, and two of mine glitched. I got all the resources without the Emporium's help; no achievement. I sided with the Templars or every decision possible; no achievement.
That 63/65 completion irks me every time I look at it.

The only achievements I need are the Supplier, Rival, and the Mark of the Assassin. I'll be able to get The Mark of the Assassin when I get some money to buy it, but I guess I'll have to wait on that supplier achievement

So you have all 66 of the crafting resources? You might want to count to make sure. I kept thinking I was getting skunked on the achievement, in several playthroughs, and finally realized that I kept missing one in Lowtown in Act 1. *sigh*
I still need the Rival achievement, but I can't bring myself to play DA2 again. 10 playthroughs was enough. Oh, and I missed two from MotA, but I'm too busy playing new games to care much.

Most definitely have all 66. Every one is accounted for. If Bioware were to need proof, I could post screenshots, but that doesn't also account for the fact that I didn't purchase any through the Emporium.
