But now its not updated since the beginning? hmmm. Until yesterday when it uploaded my character was from a month ago, when I had my old laptop. I deleted that character.

You do not have a tech problem for this forum. You have a SITE problem, and official support is on EA's pages, while gamer to gamer discussion is on the Site Help forum.
Personally, I only play games offline. I ignore achievment type bells and whistles. They offer me no increased satisfaction to beating my games.
