Been having problems editing talents.  For example ill enter the code to give rogue Flurry but when i log in and check he wont have duel-weapon sweep which is the precursor to flurry.  Also how would i completely unlearn a talent?  Even the rank one of it.

you cant just put in a higher tier ability number and expect him to have all the prequisites, you have to add every single ability manually. Thats why you are having problems.

theres only one spot to put the number..am i missing something?

Try right-click and do insert when in the talents section of the savegame.

The simplest/safest way to do this is to enable the console, load the save game file, add the talents with console commands, then save your game again.
