What about one joins you, the other has to be killed?IsaacShep wrote...

Or you could do a peace ful resolution.. that kills them both.

We'd finally have Quarian enemies and that would be awesome.

No. I think Vega takes the place of the de-facto Protege. He's relatively unaware of the underhandedness and back-alley ways of the galaxy, where as Shepard is. And he used to idolise Shepard so... I'm gonna go with Vega on the 'Protege' role.
Well, when put like that, Vega does make sense as the major new protege, but what I'm talking about for Legion is that he's like a half-protege. He's already probably smarter than almost anyone on the Normandy SR2 in terms of pure knowledge, but he doesn't quite know how to interact with people and/or organics. That's what Shepard would be teaching Legion, how organics do things, and how synthetics can or cannot(paragon or renegade, respectively) fit in with organics.

What about not having cheaply repeated instances of the Virmire choice solely for the sake of grimdarkitude?Kaiser Shepard wrote...

Making Tali/Legion choice end with killing one of them would indeed be too much like Virmire, but I still think it would be great if we had to chose between them and between the Geth/Quarian sides of the conflict. Hollywood happy ending "let's make peace" ain't exactly great either, especially in such circumstances. Suicide Mission suffered enough from 'not a single casualty' possibility.Arcian wrote...

It would be great if we had to pick an ally and then fight against their enemy like in DA:O.

I'd say sociopathy is taking it a bit far, but I really do think Cerberites should be put in their own "weird fanbase subgroup" category.Arcian wrote...

Along with the Talimancers and RPG elitists and whatever the hell I am.
I should get my own category, really. I'm so fabulous I defy classification.
Anyway, I'm not sure if I want to see Legion become more independent or bond and evolve with the geth.
And now I'm curious... What would talking to the geth supermind be like, assuming Legion's part of it?

If it was possible to shatter the glass during gameplay then that would be awesome. It'd be a great incentive like headshotting loki/ymir mechs to see them explode.

That would imply there was something inherently awful about being human, or female, or a high-ranking naval officer with a passion for dairy products.Kaiser Shepard wrote...

Unless you're racist against mozzarella or gouda or something.
You're not a cheese bigot, are you, Kaiser?
