I hate you, Bioware!

You guys made DA2 combat far more fluid than Origns to the point where it's addicting? Screw you! I've played this game twice so far and am still not bored it. It's revolting how many hours I put into this game and all of those hours of fun I can NEVER get back. I expected combat to be more clunky and less responsive and I deserve that. How dare you take that away from me?
You had MORE interesting characters in DA2 than in Origins? I don't think you understand that I ENJOYED not having so many good characters. You HAVE to have at least one uninteresting character so that it's easier to choose who to leave out of your party. Now I have to CHOOSE who to uset? I don't like it. Also, having certain characters I don't like allows me to circumvent my hatred onto those characters for reflective moments. You took reflective moments away me!!!!(x10)
And don't get me started on the story and lore. It's such a joke. I mean really, I love dragons. I love Templars. I love Mages. I even love the whole overarching theme of Templars vs Mages and the bit with the Arishok, but did you really JUST HAVE to spell Meredith's name starting with a ' M ?' Does every freaking single name HAVE to be capitalized in this world? Every other story capitalizes the names of people and places! You can't do anything different for a change?
If it weren't for these STRIKING issues in the game, I would give it a GREAT review, but apparently, you guys messed up big. Hopefully in Dragon Age 3, you'll learn from this post specifically. Maybe have a dev meeting and talk about my points with the crystal intent of fixing all of the above.
I expect more from you guys.

I agree how dare they make a game so fun and addictive. Why I'm still playing it even now 7 months later. That's not all they keep doing it. Those DLCs are even worse or is it better? I confused myself.

*faint*
P.S. I am also addicted... seems like even the haters must be too since there's so many of them posting here seven months after its release.

I think we're going to have to start a support group...
My name is Dubya and I am addicted to DA2. I am on my 7th playthrough and I can't get enough...

Well put, Danyu. Even if it has a great deal of...
The game isn't perfect, but it has several new elements that I think worked to its benefit. Thank you for the thread.

8 hours without whining in a DA2 thread - is that a record?
[post removed - better that way]

... so I can go back to DAO and make another save to import. *headdesk*
Yes, I know about the save generator and it's great, but it just doesn't feel right to me if I haven't 'really' made that series of decisions in game. I was unhappy with some of the choices in my City Elf run so I'm doing the whole thing over.
I realised the other day that come next week I'll have been a Dragon Age addict for two whole years. Curse you BioWare! Serendipitously, I have a day off work ...

And I quite agree, how dare those scoundrels make a game that I still enjoy playing several months later. For shame!

I love this game and the more I play it,( 8 times), the more I love it. Repeat dungeons, multiplying enemies, don't bother me, it's the story, the dialogues, and the romances that I crave, also, I'm playing a mage for the first time in any Bio game, and it's great fun!

My Computer hates DA2, because I'm a screenshot addict, and I have sooo many screenies of this game that I had to add more ram to my pc. Now I can't decide which shots to keep and which to delete, but I better do it soon or I won't be able to install DA3.

I never played a mage in Origins, nor any other game that offers it. But in DA2 it's my favourite class now! Bioware did something right there...
BTW, I love this thread! Finally a bunch of people that go nuts for DA2!

I must agree. They do have a lot of nerve. I have plenty of other games I could be playing right now. Lots of big titles only weeks away, and here I am doing another damn playthrough of this game. Fargin' Bastages.
That's right, new games are a few weeks away. Roughly two weeks until Skyrim. Heard good things about it.
