When I load into the game, and go to Gamlen's house, the item packs are not there. Please help, I would really like to access what I paid for!!!

I purchased, and downloaded, the item packs I and II. When I start the game, before I load in, the item packs are in the list of DLC.
When I load into the game, and go to Gamlen's house, the item packs are not there. Please help, I would really like to access what I paid for!!!

try logging out of the game then relogin and also make sure theres is no * in front of the item pack name.

there are * in front of every item in the list, what does that mean?
OK, nvm, I see that the * means Unauthorized, even though I purchased and downloaded the content through this site, so why is that happening and what can I do about it?

it means that the item packs are unauthorized thats why there not showing up in game.
thats why you need to log into the account you bought the dlcs on.

ok there are a few things you can try...
if you run the game with the console enabled try it with out.
try...run the game if it auto logs you in log out. then try to log back in.
try...run the game log out go to options...account uncheck all the box's and make sure the linked to email address is the same one you bought the dlcs on. click ok....then run the game make a save quit the game....rerun the game an do a Manual login and run the game to see if the items show up if so make a save.... quit game rerun and set it back to auto login..
