I don't really want to get into this debate. However,

If someone makes accusations about your argument style and/or motives, that does not automatically make it an
ad hominem. Indeed, false accusations of
ad hominem have been one of the most perniscious problems on the internet. If a person makes arguments whose premises are based on matters of authority then it is
logically valid to question their motives (provided they are justified with evidence), and it is not an
ad hominem fallacy.
There is also the issue of whether a person is arguing in good faith. For example, if a person makes the same argument over and over, without regard to valid rebutals -- in the hope of wearing the other person down -- then that is arguing in bad faith. It is legitimate to accuse another person of arguing in bad faith, and evidence of this fact is also not an
ad hominem.
