Had DA:UE for a while, no problems.  All of a sudden, without making any changes to my system, the usual suspects for dlc are not authorised/playable if I wish to remain logged in, in game.  If I log out, my save seems to load okay (but not tested for long as I don't want achievement screw ups).  Only have one account with Bioware, no chance of any wrong account business.  Everything on http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php looks fine.

I have looked at some stickies...

Looked at the DAupdater service and it was stopped.  Re-started it manually, relaunched the game, no change.
Rebooted PC, made sure DAupdater was running, tried again.  Failed again.
Backed up profile.dap, restarted....  Failed.
What's now most likely to work to allow me to be logged in 'live' with authorised dlc?

I am having this issue as well. Not cool, I can't play a single game. I don't care if you BioWare wants DRM protection, but is it so hard to keep my account associated with DA:UE? It's registered and everything, there's no reason why I shouldn't be able to access EVERYTHING I PAID FOR!

This is stupid, it's the first time I actually have time to play this game in a few weeks and I can't even play it...

Same problem here, too. Tried restarting the Dragon Age service for DLC, but still having the problem. I notice that the support site is down, too. I suspect they are having issues and will probably be back up in a short while. This sort of thing is why I hate authentication type copy protection.

Thanks for the replies. It's of small comfort to know that as usual it's not my fault, but down to EA/Bioware or someone else.

Same here, I've now spent the last 2 hours trying to resolve the problem with all my DLC suddenly showing as Unauthorized but nothing has worked! Now that I see others are reporting the same problem I guess something's wrong on BioWare's side of things, not mine!

Hi, I'm running the german version of the game and I'm experiencing the same problem. When I'm logged in, the dlcs are not authorized, when I'm logged out, everything is just fine.
I also noticed that in the game I can no longer check the box for automatically logging in. It's disabled (i.e. not clickable). I don't know if that has something to do with the problem, but I think the whole thing is a problem on the EA/Bioware side.

Just found this on the EA Support site:

We are currently experiencing issues with certain elements of our billing and registration system. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience, and are working to restore functionality to the affected games.

While our Game Advisors will be unable to assist with this particular issue, we are standing ready to help with any other concerns that you may have.

Thank you for your continued patience.

Looked at that before posting, but it was something else. See Grizzly_UK's post just above yours.
