[Dakota Strider]

Liselle, the flower merchant from Orlais, has a nice little story.  But her inventory apparently is not available, and as far as I can tell, has nothing to do with the plot.

The Chantry Temple, which is closed, and guarded by two Templars, implies that you should come back later to gain entrance, but that has not been my experience.

Do either of these characters/locations have plot implications later in the OC?  If so, is there something specific needed to trigger them?
