I just installed the game and i clicked the play link and it asked me for my email and password. i put them in and then when i hit enter it says i need to enter my product key. so then i click on the "enter product key" link and i get this error:
Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.The proxy server could not handle the request GET /eaaccess3.do.
Reason: Error reading from remote server
What can i do to remedy this, or am i just going to have to uninstall and return the game?
why do i keep getting an error code when i try to activate my Dragon Age 2?

I haven't got a clue how to fix your problem but isn't uninstalling and returning it like throwing out the baby with the bath water?
Have you tried the EA help center? Or the Technical Self Help threads? Or taken advantage or the EA customer service? I've heard good things.
Or perhaps you need to jiggle the thing and then the other thing but not before clinking on the whatchamacallit. That's always worked for me in the past.
I can guarantee this game may or may not be worth it to you to go threw a little hassle.
