So Im unable to play it because it's listed as unauthorized. How to fix such a problem?

You need to log in to activate.

You gotta be joking. Of course I've logged in already.... It automatically logs me in.

I had a similar problem once with da1... Did you try disconnecting yourself and reconnecting? It solved the problem...

Also verify you have it in you entitlements:

If you were on someone else account (brother, son, sister etc...) you would not be able to play it...

If all else fail
Verify you got your confirmation email then contact support

Weird. Shouldn't DLCs be in the entitlements right after purchase. In this case this didn't happen. Guess that's the problem. How to fix that?

My wife bought the game and played it, and when she managed to transfer it to my account, it was unauthorized. She transfered many other which worked just fine, so no idea why that happens... but Im sending an email to EA to ask.. If I get the answer, I'll let you know... although by now you probably dont have the problem anymore.

After 2.5 hours talking to the help assistent, no solution, and what is more, they didnt even understand what I was saying... long story short, they deleted my mark of the assassin from my bioware account , gave it back to me and then said I had to reinstall the game... Let's see...

If she had an account and registered it through her e-mail and password.You have to use her log in and pass.The only way to have your own on your e-mail is to have to registered through your e-mail and not hers.
Just ask her for her log in and pass by auto connecting in the main menu and typing in her name and pass.
Assassin's DLC should be under registered content tab with a drop down menu right after.

Inorder for you to have it to your e-mail you have to purshase another copy and register it.

this sort of happened to me too. i just bought DA2 from what used to be impulse, its all gamestop now unfortunitly, and under the dlc list in game it says black imporium as unauthorized as well as the exiled prince as unauthorized. i didnt even buy the exiled prince...

Happend to me,also. Simply logged in from game menu, even tho' already logged in under same user and password. Then looked at DLC from menu and MotA was no longer unautorized and quest now appears.

Need to ask this question. Can this DLC be downloaded using torrents ? With the size being over 1 GB the normal method of download is too slow.
