Aw, am I going to have to call the whaaambulance?
Seriously though, this is ridiculous. If you're shallow enough to be appalled over a simple character redesign then you really need to grow up. Did any of you people complaining about Ashley's new look play Mass Effect 1? I really doubt it based on how much b**ching I'm seeing. Ashley had a great figure, and an ok face. Now she has make-up on and let down her hair... and yeah that's the only difference. If that's really all you care about, then please, don't play Mass Effect 3, go out into the real world and learn how to not be a shallow tool. Then come back and realize that if you gave as much of a damn about her character as your do her looks, you wouldn't be complaining half as much about an aesthetic change that has zero bearing on her character.
Also, any retard who thinks that Ashley's redesign is catering to "straight male gamers" needs to just go. Away. Perhaps forever. Why? Because you're complaining about a character's small pshysical appearance adjustment symbolizing the developers new angle to cater to straight male gamers
IN A GAME WITH A SPECIES OF HOT ALIEN BABES
Holy hypocritical whiners Batman, it looks like your entire argument is completely invalid. You know what? They did change her appearance. She looks better. Why is that bad? Why is outlining her figure bad? If you had actually played ME1 recently, you would have noticed that heavy armor actually accentuated her hips more. Granted, armor in general does nothing for a female characters breasts, but hey, I'm not complaining.
Ashley was the normal human woman in the Mass Effect series. Oh wait, she still is. They just gave her a make-over. This entire thread can be simplified down to this:
1:Ashley's new look is awful
2:Why?
1:It's too sexy.
2:What the walrus?
1:I like her the way she was.
2:Dude, all that happend was that she put her hair down.
1:Yeah. That's not cool. Her character is ruined.
2:Because of a hair adjustment, a pair of heels, and boobs.
1:Yup.
3:Not only that, but Bioware is sexist because her new uniform is more skintight than the other skintight armor she's had before, which clearly means that bioware is attempting to lure in new gamers by attracting the straight male audience to the new sexiness of the character. Furthermore, Ashley's character isn't allowed to change because I said so.
2:Please GTFO.
3:No I'm right.
1:Yeah. Ashley's new look was not ok'd by me, so now her character is totally messed up.
2:But her appearance has nothing to do with her character.
1:I don't care. This clearly shows the new direction EA and Bioware are taking every game ever.
2:No it's a character redesign.
3:Your mom's a redesign.
1:Indeed.
