So, I am catching up on all the Mass Effect 2 DLC, I buy Genesis, then try to buy arrival, click on arrival, and then the receipt shows and it says i bought genesis. It took out my points so I essentially bought Genesis twice. Who do I have to speak to to correct these type of things?

I'd either contact EA or go to the points part of the forums, this forum is just for the store that sells non points related bioware swag.
