So, I am catching up on all the Mass Effect 2 DLC, I buy Genesis, then try to buy arrival, click on arrival, and then the receipt shows and it says i bought genesis. It took out my points so I essentially bought Genesis twice. Who do I have to speak to to correct these type of things?

EA Help, c/o the link at the bottom center of every page.  Incidentally, you agreed to the Terms of service Agreement *NOT* to create multiple duplicate messages everywhere, and you have done so anyway.
