Error with DLC purchase.

So, I am catching up on all the Mass Effect 2 DLC, I buy Genesis, then try to buy arrival, click on arrival, and then the receipt shows and it says i bought genesis. It took out my points so I essentially bought Genesis twice. Who do I have to speak to to correct these type of things?

I had the same issue purchasing DLC for Dragon Age II - I was charged twice for the same content, because I used the "back" button on my browser to try and retun to the main DLC page

I'm having the same issues. Is there an email I can write to? I try going to the help.bioware.com but it says server not found. Did i just get screwed outa my money?

https://help.ea.com/ That will take you to their customer service screen, and if you click on the talk to a game advisor link you will get an option for email. Good luck though, they've never responded to any of my emails, and the live chat support folk have been pretty useless.

The customer support for this company is pretty pathetic. Some of the worst I've ever encountered for any software company.

I tried that, and had a chat with one of their customer service reps.  He was the one that directed me to this forum as a way to get the points back.

Then I mentioned everything here was pointing back to him, he was able to look at my account, and told me the points would be refunded within 24 hours.  that was 36 hours ago, and still no points...
