Well I like Adept because of all the projectiles but I am pretty sure Soldier is the most popular one.

Infiltrator. They're about as close to space rogues as I'm likely to get.

Favorite class: Soldier
Adrenaline Rush is simply effective
All weapons' availabliity gives choice in combat
Ammo powers mean no cooldowns. Just keep your business going.
As an added bonus, you receive a weapon that is cool (Revenant) and completely exclusive to soldiers (although, I agree that Mattock is a greater damage dealer).
Also, it is the class that truly shines at insanity, when cooldowns can kind of slow you down.

Favorite class: Vanguard
1. Charging at people headfirst makes me happy.
2. Shotguns wear enemies down to make room for the final attack.
3. As a last resort, I get to have the last laugh watching people helplessly fly from Shockwave.

1. Vanguard (pure action)
2. Infiltrator, (sniping is fun)
3. Adept, (reminds me of mages in DA)
4. Sentinel, (close combat with techarmor)
5. Engineer, (that little ball makes you WIN)
6. Soldier (boring, adrenalin rush is the only useable skill here)

Adept though I'm enjoying playing my first Vanguard right now. The charge ability is hilarious.

Engineer, because of the combat drones and decimating every damn thing in your path easily. Adept because it is the only other class besides Engineer which doesn't require me to think outside squadmates selection. Soldier because they are that awesome, and Vanguards because I am loving heavy shockwave, heavy charge, and pull field. Considering that all I need to use.

I'm kind of torn between infiltrator and sentinel for my import play through on ME2. I've played infiltrator before but it wasn't as effective as other classes (still fun tho). Is sentinel a good class? what kind of play style is it?

I used to play as Soldier or Infiltrator and then i found the Vanguard.
That made the game more satisfying for me. You must have some patience at the begininng to learn how to play with it better but you won't regret.
If you like the Soldier you will love the Vanguard because it is the ultimate soldier.

Adept or Vanguard. You really feel like a field general playing Adept, cause you have to direct your teammates to deal the damage. Vanguard is high risk, high reward.

Soldier or Adept, they seem to be the extremes on both ends the scale, firepower vs biotics, but I still love both classes.

I've got three careers with the three classes I like, I handle their gameplay similar to how I roleplay them off the battlefield as well:
Canon: Sentinel w/ Shotgun, AP Ammo.
My combat is centered around strong CQC, so this class rocks for me. Most versatile and efficient build I play, adaptable to all enemies/situations and able to take out crowds at a time.
Pirateshep: Vanguard w/ Claymore, Barrier.
Another CQC-sound class. Just my philosophy: if you can be had close-quarters, you're fundamentally weak.
Like my pirate!shep herself, brutal and calculating. Methodically disabling a group, then finishing the job with Area Charge. Flying across the battefield like the angel-of-death she is and bringing it with an Inferno Claymore. I need barrier as a safety though because my style of play makes me take LOTS of enemy fire.
Trollshep: Engineer w/ Sniper, Dominate.
Drone to go harass enemies, Incinerate to burn them alive. Then I turn AI and organic enemies against each other with Hack and Dominate. While havoc ensues on the battlefield, I sit back and pick 'em off with my sniper. The name says it all, this Shepard is just an ass who enjoys making people squirm.

Engineer
1. Anti-armor, anti-shield, (depending on your bonus power) anti-barrier
2. Drone and AI-hacking have saved me and my squadmates on many occaisons
3. With sniper training, nothing can stop me!

I kind of suck at all of them.
I guess soldier fits best with me since it's the simplest. I'm absolutely awful at multitasking.
I haven't gotten around to playing sentinel or engineer yet, but I do really like the vanguard, infiltrator, and adept.
