I've never done it. I wasn't allowed when I was a child.

I think I was 15 when I stopped. Moved to a new place with less kids around - Halloween is practically none existent in my neighborhood.

I also had the luck of choosing a college town where trick-or-treating isn't very popular. We have a "dark sky" ordinance, so there isn't a lot of street light and it's very hilly, so it's not that safe for little ones. They do a trick-or-treat street at the mall, instead.
But, like I said, parties with lots of candy and treats are even more awesome, because there's lots of people.

Never truly "gave it up," I just don't do it every year. Take this year, for example. I am unable to because I'm working Halloween night.

You're not human.
I live in Australia, it's never celebrated as far as i've seen, unfortunately. Sounds fun.

Fourth grade. The 'razors and broken glass in the candy' scare ruined it for a lot of people here.

Is high school too old?
Cut me some slack, it was 20 years ago.

I don't think I actually ever did trick or treat tbh. I know my little brother and sister do, but I don't ever remember doing it.
