Alright, first off. I just reinstalled Mass Effect 2, but for some reason the Illusive Man won't give me my Terminus Armor, how do I get it? Also, where is that exstra companion?
And then I have some random lag spikes for some reason, even though my drivers are up to date.
Cerberus Network and a bit of lag.

Sorry, but it really doesn't help us to diagnose the problem to tell us that it used to work, if it did. Just provide the usual information required, as if you just got the game and it began "spiking" downward right away (the word "Lag" isn't a good choice. "Slowdown" is a term that doesn't already have a definition from before video gaming, the way "Lag" does).
I'm sure there's a way, besides the menus in the "Full" editor, to create a link while composing in the Fast Reply window, however, I don't know it. I had an extra minute an hour later to use the regular editor to change this from a plain URL to a clickable link.
