I'm thrilled to have finally beaten Golems of Amgarrak on Hard.

But I'm shocked that there was no post-combat save. I thought I would carry over my character from Origins to Amgarrak to Witch Hunt to Awakenings, but this doesn't seem possible.

Could someone please clear things up for me?

1. When is the last save in Amgarrak for importing into Witch Hunt?
2. Can Awakenings import an Amgarrak save?  (Seems not.)
3. Can Awakenings import a Witch Hunt save?
4. If so (3), when's my last chance to rearrange inventory and strip NPCs?
5. Are there any merchants in Witch Hunt?  Soon enough to offload some stuff from Amgarrak?

You can see my main concern here: making sure I have all the items I want through each campaign. Surprisingly, the Wiki is totally mum on this topic. Perhaps this is actually beside the point.

The sequence is Origins, Awakening, Golems, Witch Hunt, 2
You can skip earlier products but cannot go backwards
(so no to questions 2 and 3)

Awakening and golems (and unpatched Witch hunt) do not have end-saves so you use your last save to import
I don't remember merchants in witch hunt but may be wrong

Witch Hunt has a merchant, pretty early. An old friend in the second location you visit.

How strange. I was sure Awakening came last. Wasn't it released last? And it's achievements appear last in the list. Oh well.

Think I might continue into Witch Hunt as a sort of "alternate history" for my first character (and to get the reward item). But will then go back for Awakening and maybe do the DLC at the end, again. No wonder the Harvester was so incredibly hard! (at Level 27)

Glad I'll be able to dump some of my treasure quickly in Witch Hunt, too!

For completeness, seems the last save in Amgarrak is just before fighting the Harvester.
