No thumbnail in Load Game screen.

When I try to Load a Saved Game, the frame where it should be a thumbnail of the screen of the moment of the save is blank/grey. Similar behaviour when I try to see my screenshots in game, to choose which to upload and such, they show all as blank/grey squares.
Outside the game I can view the screenshots and even the .DDS screenshot that is taken at the moment of saving a game.
