How does the game acknowledge if a male warden married Anora? I know Alistair can become a drunk in the game? Is the male Cousland and Anora mentioned or Loghain?

Loghain is mentioned. I don't know about Cousland.

They just mention that a Warden is on the throne, and if you didn't exile Alistair he turns up during the Qunari attack. The name Cousland might be mentioned in the codex recap.

EDIT: The codex entry on The Hero of Ferelden ends "After ending the Blight, the Hero of Ferelden was wed to Queen Anora—he now bears the title of prince-consort."

Disappointingly you don't get any sort of encounter like you do if Alistair is king. I would imagine that Anora would be much more forthright with Meredith and if Loghain had been left alive I would have loved to have seen a confrontation between him and Meredith. Sadly there was nothing. As a matter of interest, are the attendees at the party any different in MoA if Anora is queen?

If Anora is queen she can hardly be called a mage sympathizer--which was the whole point of Meredith's attempted emasculation of Alistair.

However in typical Alistair fashion it rolls off him like water off a duck's back.

God I miss that wonderful character. :'(

There are lots of vague references to the Hero of Ferelden, but are there any references specifically to a Cousland Warden?

The Hero of Ferelden codex entry starts with the Cousland origin story. No references in-game.

I believe Leliana mentions the Warden is a good king/queen during Faith in Act 3.
