So... I have been playing this nightmare of a game fighting toothe and nail to try and get myself use to playing Nightmare to take on the Harvestor. And in the process of playing I decided to take Loghain over Alister... since sadly Loghain does indeed deserve to die I wanted to give him a go just to get his achievement out of the way. So anyways... final fight against the Archdemon... Dpsers go down leaving my me/mage and Loghain... mage goes down becuase I pressed the wrong button and downed a Lyrium instead of a Poltice... (And never have I been so glad to stock 300 poltices)... So... Loghain... Archdemon... and... WIN... but no achievement when he killed archdemon... (Since I told him to go kill the demon since he was a bastard)
wth... Mayhaps I should have been more.... competative for who was to kill the demon...
So reload back to haven... since I was workign on experiments with the shop in Haven... and the hideen graveyard....
So back to Last fight... fair much better than last time... Mage/me makes killing blow...
Our job yada yada.... allow him to take the final blow... and nothing....
This have any ties back to the 40+our game save corruption... since I have about 63 hours logged... whihc was a good deal of running around hunting and kiling and crafting and trying desperately to get the Potent Healing Poltice that never showed up in the Dalish Camp...
O.o...
Any insight or connecting towards the corrupted save files issues would be great...
Achievement does not pop for ending...

None I can offer. But from what I do know, corrupted save games tend to have be inaccessible when trying load them. My thoughts would turn towards a glitch.
Problem I see is...I'm not sure what your issue is; i.e., I don't understand what the issue you are having is. Narrow down the issue you are having then perhaps others may be able to aid you. It looks like something to do with a particular achievement, and I would assume it's the Loghain redeemer achievement you are referring to, but you make no mention of it.

I gave the save another go but changed my parameters and allowed Morrigan to do her ritual... and her achievement did come up... so it is honestly weird that Loghains achievement did not register. I am playing again same save point and going to disallow the ritual and let Al die... Ill see how that goes...

Not weird at all, though I still think you're not identifying the issue clearly.
If you want to get the Loghain redeemer achievement then you have to deny Morrigan the Dark Ritual. Otherwise the Warden will always deliver the final blow; it doesn't matter who actually takes off the last bit of health because the game isn't scripted that way.
In light of that, what you have is technically a game problem rather than a tech issue.
Hm...actually...a quick check on the wiki would also suggest the Redeemer achievement is only on the PC. And checking with my own achievements shows that the Redeemer achievement isn't amongst them either. In short...you'll never get that to pop up on the 360 version of the game.

The PC version of the game has 32 achievements which are not in the console version
These include the ending achievements- Redeemer (Loghain dies), and Warden Commander (Alistair Dies). Consequently they cannot be unlocked on the console version.
The achievements for the dark ritual, ultimate sacrifice and having done all 4 endings do exist
