Hi guys,

I'm hoping someone can give me a little help.

I wanted to have a look at some of the MOTA armours and have a play with retexturing but I can't get the editor to extract or open the files - I've been using GFF4editor which extracted the DA2 erfs without any problems.  I know that some clever clogs here have been able to mod the DLC resources and so I know it can be done - just apparently not by me. 

I know that I could download some of the mods that have the files off nexus and open them up that way but I'd much rather learn how to do it myself.

I'd appreciate any assistance you can offer.

The DLC ERFs are encrypted. You will need your DLC keys in order to decrypt and save the files out of them. You can use the latest version of pyGFF editor (1.*) to extract them once you have extracted your legal keys. To find the tool to get your own keys, Google "slurpdakeys".

I, too, am trying to figure this out.

What I want is the cook/servants outfit, to be able to retex that.

I am a complete newb to the retex world - this would be my first try. Does anyone know the code for that particular outfit?

Thanks for the information.  Problem is I'm still a bit stuck.  I've googled sluprdakeys but (and I'm probably just misunderstanding the results, I've got no experience opening up dlc at all).  I'm just getting links to people wanting keys for   purposes, not to unlock their own legitimately purchased dlc.

Could you give me some more info on how to get hold of my own keys, please.
