Pinnacle Station: Didn't buy it.
Pinnacle Station: Complete
No romance, Tried to romance Tali but it wasn't possible -.-'
Convinced Wrex to Stand Down
Council Saved
Saved the Rachni Queen
Dealt with Conrad using the paragon method
Did Asari Diplomacy. Used the paragon method when getting the reward.
Bhatia's whife's body returned
Chose Captain Anderson as the human's first  council.
Had all the team members. My dialogues with Garrus always leaned toward paragon.
On Feros, completed all quests and saved all 16 colonists.
Only used Tali and Wrex as squad mates (garrus when tracking down the Doctor)
Did Asari Diplomacy, got the Serris License. (paragon dialog when got reward)
Saved Ashley, kaiden die's defending the bomb(why Ashley? Better have her living as a **** than have her die and  be rembered as a hero by shepard)

Probably forgot alot put everything was Paragon XD

All people that could be left alive or killed have been left alive and unharmed if possible.
Rewrote heretic Geth.

Garrus Loyality: Didn't killed sidonis.

Oh what the heck you get the point by now, It's the Ultimate Heroic Friendly nice guy Commander Shepard.


Those playtrough were made on purpose for the ME3 import save.
Do you guys have any save's ready for ME3?

Almost every renegade decision or persuasion option used in both games. A few exceptions: Saved partial genophage data, could occasionally be nicer to the crew or sympathetic (e.g. Nef's mom) strangers, paragon interrupts to save random strangers (except for Talid, shot him), sided with Samara, Feros colony saved, and that is all I can think of right now.

I'll know what my "perfect" import is once I've played ME3 and know how all major decisions play out.

What do you mean, metagaming ruins the roleplaying experience?

Anyway, my preferred import will probably be mostly paragon, since, hey, good karma goes a long way.

I also prefer to keep as many NPCs alive as possible.  F*ck yeah, bonus content.

Depends on what you see as "perfect".

I have two "perfect" import Shepards, but will only display by "canon" Shepard. They're quite similar with some differences in Assignments.

Mine:

- Male Shepard, own face
- class - Infiltrator (ME + ME2)
- Extrapower - none / not yet taken (maybe will do before importing savegame to ME3)
- >95% Paragon ME/ME2
- LI ME: Ashley Williams
- LI ME2: Ashley Williams (no new LI, planned to keep Ashley as LI in ME3)

Scenario:
- Council saved
- Anderson being council member
- Rachni saved
- Conrad paragonized (not shot in foot)
- Ashley rescued
- Wrex alive
- Garrus & Wrex "LM" done in ME
- Tali got hands on Geth data

Yay. I just missed one or two assignments with "Jacob Shepard" and maybe 3 or 4 with "Michael Shepard". Nothing critical. Maybe I'll start another playthrough and try getting ALL assignments - but it's always the same: you think you're done, go to Ilos and just once you made it you realize you missed some assignments ...

Pirateshep: (admittedly, probably a more interesting career than my canon).
Feros: saved, pro-humanity.
Noveria: RQ killed, too much of a threat.
Virmire: Wrex spared, she values strong allies.
VS: Ashley. I guess she sees herself in her. Kaidan too nice.
Council: killed. Again, pro-human agenda.
Councilor: Anderson, because she has his ear.

Miranda LM: Niket gets shot, let her talk to Orianna.
Jacob LM: Ron Taylor gets shot.
Jack LM: Aresh gets shot.
Thane LM: Talid gets shot.
Mordin LM: Maelon gets shot. Data deleted.
Grunt LM: Thresher Maw gets shot, to death. As does Uvenk.
Samara LM: Samara gets biotic-shot. Eliminate justicar threat to reneshep.
Zaeed LM: Vido gets shot.
Garrus LM: Sidonis gets shot. (Saleon gets shot in ME1). Leading him down the bad-cop path, and romancing him too!
Legion LM: Heretic geth get collectively shot.
Tali LM: For once, no one gets shot. More significantly, she becomes more friendly with her after giving her the cold shoulder through ME1.
Kasumi LM: .... d'awwww I can't say no to you!! Keep the greybox.
Suicide Mission: All Cerberus crew, Miranda, Jacob dead. Base destroyed. Just watching her ass, making sure her allies don't get more powerful than she does.

I have six Shepards ranging from complete Paragon, saving everyone who can be saved to complete Renegade, killing everyone who can be killed. Two have Liara as their LI (my male Vanguard and female Adept), two have Kaidan as their LI in ME1 (my female Engineer and female Soldier), one had Ashley as LI in ME1 (male Infiltrator) and one was without an LI in either game (male Sentinel, who I designated as my gay male Shepard). My Soldier cheated on Kaidan with Jacob in ME2, and my Infiltrator cheated on Ashley with Jack. Each of my Shepards has a different list of actions and people saved/killed, because I want to experience as many different versions of the game as possible.

everyone who could be kept alive - was, with paragon persuasion if necessary, all side missions/collection quests completed in both ME1 and ME2, Balak got away, Kaidan saved on virmire/LI/loyal, saved Kirrahe, Rana Tanoptis - alive, Anderson -councilor
Suicide mission - no casualties, everyone loyal, Tali - rallied the crowd, Ronald Taylor arrested, Sidonis alive, Talid alive - Kolyat working for Bailey, kept genophage cure (Maelon alive) and gray box, saved the workers on Zorya, Miranda spoke to sister, rewrote Geth, destroyed base. oh yeah, accepted the spectre status back.

Simone Shepard, Renegon
Fist dead, Jeong intimidated but all hostages saved, Balak killed or arrested (don't remember for sure and gibbed is not telling :/), rachni queen dead, Shiala released, slept with consort, intimidated Wrex into standing down, saved Ashley, Kirrahe alive, Rana is dead, told the fleet to concentrate on the sovereign.
Suicide mission - no casualties, kept genophage cure and graybox, Maelon - shot, Sidonis- dead, sent conrad verner to his death, managed to not get Kal Reegarkilled despite telling him to distract the geth, Veetor was given to cerberus, intimidated the admiralty board in to acquitting Tali, Ronald taylor left to be murdered by hunters, killed Vido, geth destroyed, base destroyed, Garrus - LI.

I think this mostly covers the high points

other Shepards cover other possibilities and LI's, but these 2 were my very first Shepards, so I have special love for them

personal canon, head canon, MYcanon. those are implied.  they do nothing to change YOUR canon, so why does it bother you?

"Headcanon". Every player has his/her own idea about "canon".

BW!canon is a male Shepard, sole survivor and earthborn and soldier if I remember correctly. It's also BW!canon Ashley survived Virmire - if you create a new character in ME2 and pick a standard male (canon) Shepard, ME2 will select Ashley as VS - if you pick a standard (noncanon) female Shepard, Kaidan lives.

I doubt all players support BW!canon. They all want their own canon - because of different morality, different love interest, different decisions. So ... everyone has his/her own "perfect savegame".
