 Hello guys,

So, i was playing DA:O and i wanted to play dlc stuff like, warden's keep and return to ostagar. I went to the playstation store and downloaded the warden's keep add-on, after downloaded and installed i ran the game disc. Now when i check the DLC option on the main menu it says there is no DLC available at the moment. I enter my saved game and soldier's peek does not show up on the map and Levi Dryen is not at party camp as well, i also checked the DLC inventory part and there is nothing there too. I downloaded warden's keep again and guess what? nothing! it remains the same and when i check game data utility on the XMB i can see the warden's keep file there. My game is registered. Can someone tell me what is going on here? thanks.

Well, since this thread is nearing a full day old without a response, I'll take a crack at it...

1) Are  you sure the game data utility shows the DLC's by name?  I checked mine last night and saw 2 files for Origins; one was the patch and the other is just a single massive file for the main game's data and DLC's.  This could be because I have the Ultimate Edition, though.

2) If you see any icons for the DLC's you downloaded underneath the icon to start the game (when the disc is in your PS3), they aren't installed.  Just hit X on those icons and let the installers run (the icons should disappear after the installer runs).  I'll note that if you send a download to the background while browsing the PSN, it won't install automatically (or they never do for me, at least).

3) The "Downloadable Content" section of the main menu won't show anything that isn't installed if you aren't connected to the PSN.  You should get a small pop-up warning about that when you try.  When connected, it should give a list of all available DLC's; anything installed should say  "Downloaded" beside it (in the left-hand pane).

When all else fails, I'd just clean out everything DA:O related in the game data utility and reinstall.

Hope this helps. :)

invictus1984,

Thanks for the advices, however i had already done your second sugestion and i am quite sure my dlc´s are installed. As for your first sugestion the answer is no. The game data utility doesn´t show the dlc's name, it appears as just a massive file.As for your third sugestion how am i sure that i am connected to the psn within the game? Sorry about my ignorance.

If you're at the main menu (you'll see the New Game, Load Game, Options, etc.), look at the bottom left-hand corner of your screen.  If you see a scrolling advertisement for DLC's, you're logged in.  Otherwise, you'll see a note about pressing triangle to log in (which brings up the PSN login screen).

Once you log in, it should go through a process of contacting EA/Bioware's servers, then it'll check through your DLC's.  It'll try to go through the process even if you aren't logged in, it just doesn't get very far.

[Edit]: While we're on the topic of how to tell if you're logged in, let's just run with it.  I'm wondering if the problem may be a bit simpler than I had envisioned in my head.

So, just try playing while logged in.  You can log in before starting the game, too, if you want.  I'm wondering if the DLC's may simply need to be authenticated.
