I think it would be interesting to learn about some of the game glitches that other people have encountered, particularly the ones that are either humerous or interesting.

For me its:

1.) When Mellissan showed up on the bridge after I killed Yaga-shura and started ranting about how I'd just killed Gromnir, but could still save Saradush (the city having already been destroyed of course).

2.) When multiple copies of Garren Windspear appeared in the Windspear Hills after I killed Firkraag, each one of which would give everyone in my party 44,000 xp if I talked to him.

3.) When the game randomly let me keep three drow items (two flails and a shield) after I left Sendai's Enclave.  The shield went to dust about 40 days later game time, I sold one flail, and the other is still in use now about 60 game days later.

4.) When I got the xp for killing Demogorgon while he was still alive. Basically, I tried to fight him early in Shadows of Amn, but couldn't win.  I left and did most of the other quests and then near the end of Throne of Bhaal I went back and tried to defeat him again, but he wasn't in his room.  However, the game gave me the 100,000 xp for killing him the moment I entered his room.  It turned out that he had actually moved outside, which became apparant when he attacked me later.  I guess maybe the game thought that since he wasn't in his room he must be dead.  I wasn't powerful enough to actually defeat him, but it might've given me the xp twice if I had.

Some rather old copypasta:
Interesting Bugs You Won't Find In A Fully Patched Game:

1) If during Aerie's abduction by Bodhi (and the subsequent revival) Edwin is in the party and under the effect of his/her curse and if you don't rest until Edwin is healed from said curse, the dialogue between the two may become mixed up, also resulting in Edwin continuing the Aerie romance with you. :o

2) In Spellhold, when confronting Irenicus with all the madmen by your side, you actually have exactly 2 frames after the conversation to start another conversation with Irenicus (so you'll need the highest supported speed to even have a chance) before he turns hostile. If you succeed, he will deliver the speech as if he'd been defeated by you. You now have 1 frame to start every following conversation (at least this time you're already standing before him) and he will deliver the speeches in the order as if you were playing the game normally, ending with him finally dying - which will teleport you to ToB.
Not necessarily a "useful" exploit.

3) If at any point during your game you encounter an NPC called "DebugM", click on him immediately and watch him explode. :evillol:

4) Never have all the items "FIGURE01" (Shakti Figurine), "MISC4N" (Acorns), "WAND08" (Wand of Sleep) and "QUIVER05" (Bag of Plenty +1) openly (not in a bag of holding) in the same character's inventory while saving your game.
Otherwise, when loading, the game will freeze and need to be restarted. This is not file corruption. You can use Shadowkeeper to remove one of these items (at random) and be able to load the save game once again without problems.

5) When resting in the South-West of the Marching Mountains there is a small chance that your sleep is interrupted by a group of Fire trolls rather than the usual suspects. These have Draconis' Head as a random drop. :-?

6) Not really a bug, more an easter-egg: If you have a Cleric and try to equip a sword, the game will tell you "cannot use item". Make 500 successive attempts in a row and the character's class will actually change to paladin. Unfortunately, kitless.

7) Cast Improved Haste on your character, then order him to run somewhere. While he's on his way, give him as many new movement orders as quickly as possible (but at least 2 per second). Each one will raise his running animation speed just a little. Now have him run up to a wall. The game will try to stop him, but slowing the animation down by the usual amount will not result in stillstand, and so the unit will drift through the wall. Do not attempt this on walls with no walkable ground behind them, lest the character be buried in it.

8) Never have your six party members cast Detect Evil (cleric, level 1) at the same time. Seriously, don't. :-!

9) If a hell-trials alignment changed (NE) character casts Find Familiar in ToB, the resulting creature will be a half-orc.

10) For some reason final battle Amelissan is susceptible to a Ranger's Charm Animal.

Team Bondari's greatest hour yet!

When people are waiting to attack you, but you backstab the leader who was planning to taunt you first and now nobody cares about the attack anymore and you can kill them at your leisure.

When a mage gets +150HP from Vampiric Touch

When the Selfishness demon takes Imoen and calls her "innocent of your taint".

When NPC talks fire at extremely unfitting times (like mod Sarah admiring the forest sky with you in the sewers)

Can't think of anything else right now...

Edit: Oh, also when BG2 imported my SoA save into ToB, it split my party up into two groups: Jaheira, Anomen and Imoen were correctly placed in the ancient elven wilderness map, but the rest of my party (pc, Aerie and Nalia) were still located in the Temple of Rillifane, next to Ellesime.
When I got Illasera to spawn (by touching the statue heads with Jaheira), she appeared next to my pc in Suldanessellar (I was roaming around Suldanessellar when this happened), and so I was forced to take her down with just my pc, and Aerie and Nalia.
Later, when we were summoned to the pocket plane, everyone was reunited. I actually continued this playthrough (which I'm playing through right now).
I'll probably get some screen shots up soon, to demonstrate.

Something similar happened to me a few years back. Since I had played ToB once before I didn't pay too much attention when my PC turned up by the statues in Suldan's "backyard". I clicked one of the heads before I noticed that my PC was by himself even though all the party portraits were still on the righthand side of the screen. I was still trying to figure this out by the time that Illyr... showed up. Fortunately I clicked back to the rest of my group and found that I was able to "march" them from the east side of Suldan proper to its annex. They got there in time to keep my PC from being killed; luckily Illyra is certainly the wimpyest of the Five. Image IPB
I assume this was an early bug that one of the fix/tweak packs took care of, since it never happened again.

If damage goes negative - i.e. a penalty to ranged damage through some equipped item or debuff, it can wrap around to the highest possible value (1048) due to integer underflow, maybe Jaheira had some missile resistance, which reduced it to "only" 454.

I guess your game is modded, but I'm not sure which one causes this.
