Do others get this too or am I the only one? After about two hours of gameplay, audio (conversations) becomes choppy, crackles and skips. Makes it sometimes hard to understand what people are actually saying.

Is there a way to fix this? Most of the rest works fine.

MBP Late 2008, Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4 Ghz, 4 GB RAM, NVidia GeForce 9600M GT, Snow Leopard 10.6.8

Patched to 1.03, Hi-res textures installed.

I have Soundflower installed (but not running audio through it while playing)  - could that be the issue?

Thanks.

Well, dialog lines skipping now happens all the time, not related to length of gameplay. It usually happens only about once or twice per conversation, but it seems to me it has increased over time.

Skipping meaning something like "I've f*BRZZT*ound your son" (which seems to be a much-used line in this game..)

Crackle usually happens after one or two hours of gameplay.
