Item pack 2 bundle does not show up in game. I have re-downlaoded it numerous times, logged in with all my accounts and sure as hell am not paying to downlaod it again for 400 points!
Any suggestions?

I empathize with your plight! Upon arrival of my pre-purchased Dragon Age II and after logging into my account, installing and playing the game, a number of my perks failed to activate. Although I had done everything necessary to receive Fadeshear, Lion of Orlais, Boots of the Frozen Wastes, Hindsight, etc., I've still never actually had the items show up ingame.
I went through the whole customer support experience and actually appreciate their efforts, I thought that some of their initial suggestions were off base, but they were customer friendly and at least the Blood Dragon Armor wound up in my Dragon Age: Origins games (alas not in DA2, as expected).
Adding insult to injury, the wireless network through which I access Xbox/Windows Live has been dodgy for months, and I've been completely unable to log into my account in order to utilize the money credits that were left there for stuff like, I don't know, maybe - LEGACY and MARK OF THE ASSASSIN (plus the cool new items packs like the one you're referring to). Now the latest thing that I've encountered is my original account tells me that it is no longer valid.
My email and password hasn't changed, but in order to get a crack at additional DLC, I must jump through hoops to set up another account. (My other hotmail account says the same damn thing)
Seems like a lot of unnecessary grief, just to give a company more money to enjoy their products, but foolish me - what do I know?
