I take it you've never watched "Species" or seen any HR Giger art? Alien Resurrection sucks on so many levels.

Eve and Sil from species even have similar head-frills.

Jessica is very pretty, I love her hair, first thing I thought was anime. Then I saw someone's post about Abbey, I guess the hair does scream Abbey from NCIS.

No, that's just one type of QTE.  Many are simply just "Press X not to die"  or "Press Y at the right time and something cool will happen".  In fact, they were originally designed specifically for cutscenes.

...So I'll just interpret this as "She's not pregnant. When your flashlight helmet lies cracked and bloodspattered on the floor, she'll drag your ravaged corpse away from the light and begin removing and eating your entrails noisily."
