Unable to Pick Ser Gilmore From Companion Screen

I had been able to choose him at the companion screen but when i installed the Pheonix Armory items I am unble to pick him for he is not there. He is at camp but unpickable when I go to leave camp. So confused at what I did.....
Can someone please help me figure this out.

Sounds like what you did was install the Phoenix armory items. Truthfully, most troubleshooters on the tech boards aid gamers on issues associated with the vanilla game rather than third party mods.
Some mods are incompatible with each other; some have release notes concerning certain known issues. Maybe someone will know, but the first port of call would be where you got the mods to begin with (Nexus is my first thought and port of call). The makers of the mods may know about it more and be able to help. (That's not to say people here can't, but just trying to improve your chances to get the help you require.)
