Hey, i have recently bought the game Dragon Age 2 after playing it for a short while from the video shop.

After i bought the game, registered it, signed up for the newsletter and things like that it then stated on my 'User Entitlements' page that i was entitled to 8 different items or things.

well when it comes to my game i only have three of the things and i dont remember doing the required things to get them.

i am realy confused ande was on the Support/help chat with EA for a hour or so and they told me to just post here.

i was hoping someone had a fix or the game developers could read this, because it is either a major bug or somthing is seriously wrong. the people at EA tried manualy unlocking/getting the items but that didnt seem to work either.

If ANYBODY knows any form of solution please let me know.

OK, let's start with the easy questions: What items did you get and/or not get? I'm pretty sure that, without that information, it's a little hard to be of help.
