Lost my operating system and had to re-download ME2 after it was fixed.. It won't let me redeem the code again for the collectors edition. It says it's already been redeemed once.  Am i out of luck ?

Its a single use code, so of course you cant redeem it a second time. Perhaps you should read the tech FAQ, section 2 deals with DLC.

Redeemed the code for what exactly? If it's DLC it'll be in your registered game content already which can be found under profile in the list on the left.

Thank you to the second reply (Moondoggie). You showed a clear gamer intellect and compassion for some that don't know as much as others. I've now found all my downloadable content. Unlike some that find they can only ridecule others. Perhaps because they know nothing themselves.

Now thats a laugh. You accuse me of knowing nothing, yet you do not know yourself what a FAQ is, or how useful they are.
I pointed you towards the FAQ, because what you asked, was a Frequently Asked Question. Unfortunately, I didnt take into account you were a member of the "entitlement generation" who demands that everything gets served to them on a silver platter, because doing anything that resembles work on your part is intolerable.

In future, before you go along and make a very lame attempt to insult me, I suggest you go through this forum and have a look at the knowledge level I have displayed in solving problems. You might not look like a complete imbecile in future.

Have a nice day.

Please excuse the troll above me. The DLC is registered to your account and you can download it at anytime.

To Bogsnot1: Seriously? If you have this high level of intelligence that you claim you have, you clearly aren't showing it. If you have nothing useful to say, then don't post. No one wants to read through that big fat thing on this forum known as a FAQ. Everyone has a right to ask questions. You didn't solve keeree's problem, because you were too busy stating how awesome you are. Who are you? Wait, I don't want you to answer that.

How about you take your own advice, and not post, given that you have nothing beneficial to add to this thread.

I guess reading through the FAQ is too difficult, even when the exact section to look under is given out. Same with using Ctrl-F to open up the "find" functionality of your web browser to jump you to the section in question.
People have the right to ask questions, just as I have the right to point them in the direction of an answer that already exists.

Why don't we go along and compare our knowledge levels. How many problems in this forum have you solved? Now, how many have I solved?
Who am I? The guy who is a better tech than you.

I just happend to be too tired to offer any comments on your post as i've been working a lot of overtime lately. What you should understand is that these questions get asked on a daily basis and have been answered a thousand times by people like Bogs who post a lot on the tech forums. They get irritated because people don't look up simple solutions and just post the same questions that were answered yesterday. And when you do post those sorts of questions you are guarenteed an annoyed reply.

If you want to avoid sarcasm from tech support voulenteers on this forum who really do voulenteer their time between work and life then perhaps you could help them by researching a solution. Of course if you are completely stuck with a difficult problem many on here could help you as they have several years of experience with PC gaming. They don't mind so much when it's a tough problem like when your machine has a total breakdown and nothing you can do will get it to run games.
