I had an unpleasant problem, namely my licensed version again demands
activation. At attempt anew to activate game, to me the message stands
out: the given code is already activated, enter another.
What to me to do?

Personally, I cannot help you. I have, however, seen that the same question has been asked before, so what did you learn from checking the forum archives?

( For members here struggling with English as a second language, I only have French and Spanish as my "foreign" languages, and about all I can remember from those any more is what to look for on menus, and what I needed to know to get a room for a night in a roadside inn. )

Try looking at one of the stickys at the top of the pc tech help forums. It may have the answer you'll need.
If you don't find any useful answers, I think your only chance is to contact EA support or Bioware support. Link below.

Also, did you un-install your game, and install it on another machine - for same reason?

Unlike DAO, which now has way too many stickies pinned on top, DA2 has very few, not including any collection of FAQs.

If it is fair, forum viewing on presence of a similar theme will occupy a lot of time as I on английски not so well understand from me, and posts I write through the translator.

I established game only on one computer and much more.
