That's why I say she should have been left out of ME1 and saved for ME3 where she could have a much more important role. Instead her role in ME3 will be an optional one to account for her possible death.

I think it'd been just as optional (hey, everyone's whining about the choices, so why not) if she'd been saved for ME3, since you can probably just ignore the quarians and their problems.

A little background doesn't hurt either.

Not Shepard specifically, but Cerberus. In case you missed it (it's mentioned twice), Cerberus tried to blow up a quarian ship, and all quarians now severely hate Cerberus. Whereas Cerberus is a pro-human group, so one would think the VS would be less anti-Cerberus than any alien squadmate.

I remember that but Saphra did say "Shepard" and not Cerberus. Cerberus isn't all that pro human to me honestly. At least not as long as the Illusive Man is running the show. He isn't human centric, he's Cerberus centric.

The same Garrus who gave up his C-Sec responsibilities to join Shepard's crew? Did you even do the Dr. Saleon side-quest? I, on the other hand, think his turning to vigilantism was quite logical.

Pulling Wrex out and replacing him with a pathetic Wrex wanna-be was ridiculous.

I'm not sure what you're saying here. Are you talking about Wreav? If so, what exactly was wrong with him, and how would you have handled the consequences of sparing/killing Wrex on Virmire?

I think Saphra was referring to Shepard's willingness  to work alongside Cerberus, after the events from the Ascension novel, that would give cause to her anger.

Right, other than Shepard working closely with an avowed enemy of her people she has no reason to be upset.
