Hi There,

I have been trying to Install NWN (original) Onto my desktop, it runs Windows7 Home Premium. I can install the first two Installation discs without a problem. As for the play Disc I get 95% done and I receive the following error message "Installation has halted while copying the Play disc. After setup has closed down, please go to C:\\NeverwinterNights\\NWN\\ and clean out any remaining files that were not deleted."
I am not too sure if this means my Disc will no longer work, or if it is an issues with Windows7.

If anyone has ideas or knows how to fix this, your help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you provide a list of system specs?

I know some people have no issues installing in W7, while others (myself included) have had issues.

There should be a discussion topic around here somewhere of "how to" suggestions for W7 installation.

Hi there, thanks for your time in answering.
My system is as followed
HP p7-1044 AMD Phenom™ II X6 1065T Processor 2.9GHz with 6.00GB.
I have 64-bit Windows 7 I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250

Free HD space? Sorry - have not heard of this error before.

Ya got lots of HD space, i've never had this error message myself either, played this game for atleast 5 years pluss, had many other error messages but nothing like this.

I can only suggest that for the paltry amount of $10 you get the digital download version from Good Old Games.

If it is a disc issue, this should take care of the problem and you'll have another set of product keys as well.
