How the hell do I install that ? For real I mean.

When I launch Origin, it says there's an update and asks if I want to install it now.
I choose no. Program ended, no Origin.

Launched again, I said "yes". I accepted the terms of whatever and clicked "next"
When Origin launches again, it says there's an update (yes, version 8.3.1). I say "no", programs ends.
If I say yes, it says that that version is already installed  and asks if I want to install the new version again. "No", program ends. "Yes", installs the update again.
Origin launches, it says there's an udpate and.....

What is going on ?

Reboot.

It's Windows, so that's the first fix I try for like everything that happens. But no, Origin won't come out of that stupid loop.
What a pile of steaming garbage.
