Great idea OP! I would freaking love to either see voice actor bloopers done as in game action, or just a made up outtake reel done as if the Mass Effect games were movies. That would be hilarious. Love it!

Should be on the "behind the scenes" DVD in the CE. I saw couple requests for something like this in the old CE request thread from a year back.

Voice actor blooper real, sure. Maybe game development blooper real too, like when the devs were trying to figure out what bug was causing Tali to hiccup everywhere.

Indeed, I would love this too.
Given the proximity of the release date as well, surely they could give us an Easter Egg as an Easter Egg with the CE.

Would love this idea, if not actual bloopers (since I'm not sure if they'd keep VO outtakes?) then some behind the scenes development stuff.
Bungie did a fair bit of that for some of their games, and it was fascinating to see the sort of decisions and planning that go into actually making a videogame.

Bloopers, Outtakes, Bucket ... I don't care for in-game animation for it, but they had something regarding Seth Green and Joker for ME1 I think (or was that ME2?).
Mark Meer stated that the recording sessions for stuff like when Shepard takes a slug or jumps down or climbs a ledge and stuff was rather funny to watch. While I'd like to see those sessions, I doubt there is a lot of footage of the actual sessions when bloopers and such happened. So, I'd be happy with just audio like they did for Seth Green.
