I'd never buy a Rockstar game on PC.
Why not?
I've played it on both, and it has to be seen to be believed with graphical mods installed on PC

If a game plays poorly graphics are irrelevant.DivineBeetle wrote...

The trailer looked pretty good. It seems like they are going more towards San Andreas approach with the whole jumping off of planes thing. I'm definitely not going to hype this like I did with GTA: IV, but I hope they do a complete 180 because IV just plain sucked. Whoever said the cars handle like they had soap for wheels is 100% right. I definitely hated all the chase scenes and the cheesy forced events like trucks getting in the way and all that crap.
Either way, I liked the psycho with the white shirt. He is definitely close to a Tommy Vercetti (psycho with a Hawaiian shirt). I have mixed feelings about the three protagonists, though. Regardless, I'm just glad there is no more whiney, emo Niko. Other than hiring Hollywood actors (which is such a huge plus), Rockstar hires some crappy people to do accents. They should've hired a real Serb to do Niko's voice.

Rockstar needs to take the basic shooting mechanics (minus bullet-time) and integrate them into GTA V. Also a mode to support and encourage rampage.

I feel like you didn't grasp the story of GTA:IV.
But a lot of people feel like you did ( with the "boring" GTA:IV) so they seem to be going in a very diffrent direction, the trailer definitely shows that.

This is almost exactly how I felt about GTA IV.SOLID_EVEREST wrote...
GTA: IV doesn't understand the concept of GTA which was the problem. It wasn't just the boring storyline, but the entire game's mechanic was just plain boring. The city was dull, the driving mechanics were horrid, and the cover mechanic sucked. I was bored right after leaving Hove Beach. I actually had to force myself to beat the game, no lie. I mean this coming from someone who pre-ordered the collector's edition.

You're acting like the storyline for GTA: IV was something deep and intriguing, it wasn't. If you were talking about depth like Alpha Centauri or Planescape: Torment, then I would agree, but the GTA series doesn't know what a deep storyline is. The series borrows several scenes and storylines from movies and implements them into the game. I'm not saying it is a bad thing, but the series isn't known for deep storylines.
