I just saw the intro mission on youtube. Maybe it's just me, but aren't the clothing textures kind of... ugly? The game itself looks good, but when I look at what the characters are wearing, it's just, really subpar.

Rockstar releases PC versions of their games at later dates.
I believe with GTA IV it was 6 months after the console release.

Is there a reason for the delays? Do they spend that time working on a better version, etc.?

GTA IV was worse on PC than on consoles, so who knows what they needed from those six months. It doesn't always go down that way either, Max Payne 3 came out a little while after it came for consoles.

It cuts down on piracy to wait until after release. Same with Ubisoft.
