Not me. If it wasnt a Grand Theft Auto game it would be good. As it is, I never liked it for living up to San Andreas and thought that it didn't deserve all the praise it got once I was able to play through, and think about my experience with it. Playing Saints Row 2 not too long after certainly didn't improve my opinion. My brother and I kept saying, "Now this is what Grand Theft Auto IV should have been."LPPrince wrote...
Wait, its cool to hate GTA IV now? Back when it came out everyone(including myself) was loving it.
So...GTA IV to you is what Saints Row: The Third is to me.J. Reezy wrote...

Yeah Saints Row: The Third didn't really live up to what I wanted from a sequel to Saints Row 2. As fun as it is all I got from it was juvenile fun and immaturity fitting for 12 year olds when it comes to certain story elements. GTA IV is to GTA San Andreas what Saints Row: The Third is to Saints Row 2. They're disappointments.ThisOnesUsername wrote...

I do. I remeber alot of hate and lots of Sr2 praise. GTAIV was just a horrible game and SR2 killed it in every possible way.Foxxie x Lightning wrote...
I'm with Prince tbh. I don't remember anyone hating GTAIV at all. We all loved San Andreas, but GTAIV was insanely awesome for what it was at the time.

All of this. No one I talked to had flattering things to say about GTA IV most of the time. SR2 took the open world crown in 2008.Mr.House wrote...

*GTA V ending spoilers*
Out of curiosity, who chose ending A, B or C?

I chose C as well, because i figured out fast that C had to be the Good Ending. And if you actually do abit of thinking, you'll find C sounds like the choice that dos'nt have a name that sounds like your forced to do something terrible.
Killing Trevor is not terrible. It's saving people from a walking pos.Vez04 wrote...

Pretty sure he does; the strip club owner, Floyd and his girlfriend, Wade's friends before that (at least it's implied), he would've killed a hostage during the final heist (subtle) if Michael didn't step in, probably more I'm not remembering off the top of my head / didn't see in my playthrough.Suprez30 wrote...
Maybe, but it Franklin doing it. A big theme of the game is about loyalty to your friends/gang etc. Franklin lecture Michael when he learn about his betrayal to Trevor/Brad. So its make no sense for Franklin to kill any of em. Especialy if you befriended both of them. Franklin is not really a good guy either, but he seem to be the loyal kind.
Killing Michael was the worse idea. He had a family he was the closest to Franklin. Almost like a dad figure to him and Trevor was a friend. Also Trevor never kill any innocent. There's a lot of quest were he's kind toward a lot of people. There's also some quest where you're allowed to let people live.
Yes he killed Johny, but we don't know the story between both and let be honest. Johny seemed like a complete mess. When I picked C I though Franklin would be killed, but at least he would have remained Loyal. I was surprised he survived this.

Anyway, I chose A. I don't think Michael or Franklin would've really wanted to do it, but when it came down to it I doubt either would be willing to risk everything they'd worked for for Trevor; it's hardly the worst thing they'd have done to get there either IMO, even if the betrayal made it sting.
