By the way, I helped my friend buy a place, and as it turns out, it has a shower.

You can shower in-game, actually see your character showering, and if you're in game chat, can SING into your microphone and earn RP points for it.

Also, your friends can let you into their apartments if they're already inside. You ring the doorbell or buzz it and they can let you in, and you're then able to do anything they can do in their apartment.

Which means, in the cheap 99K place I helped him buy, I can-

Sleep
Drink
Take bong hits
Watch TV
Shower
Sit
Listen to the radio
Use a laptop

So there's definitely some stuff there to have fun with. We agreed that since I helped him get his 99K place that he'll help me get my 400K place. >

Also, once you have an apartment, that is your starting spawn point when you join Online, unless you change it in the settings. My friend switched from his gal to Michael and then back to his gal, and she was in the shower.

Its only a matter of time before I have my own shower in game and I'm singing, "HOLD ME CLOSER TINY DAAAANCER"

I managed to be a lucky PS3 player that got into a game and I have to say, it is incredibly fun. All I did was just screw around with a friend and it was amazing.

Yes, you have to go steal coke from some dealers next to the strip club. It's a pretty easy mission.. helps if someone flanks and goes around to the left side.

Me and a group of 2-3 buddies(one new buddy we made doing this) have been doing it for a couple of hours now.

The intent is so that I make 400K for that apartment of mine, and then we can all chill in it.

A Titan of a Job is also a decent mission, but not as quick as Violent Ducts. Reward is 10k, fight some army dudes at the airport and fly a Titan to Trevor's strip.

BUT Violent Ducts is A+++. Did it for a few hours and easily made enough for a swank apartment.

Y'all talk about glitches, I got one for you.

So we're playing Violent Ducts. I've got enough (400K+) for the apartment I want.

We start up Violent Ducts again, but before we kill anyone I put all my money into my bank account.

Then I go on my phone to the DynastyWarehouse website or whatever its called where you purchase properties, and I bought it.

Except I got it for free. I lost none of my money. I got the most expensive apartment in GTA Online on the house and got to keep all my cash, so I'm sitting in the place with 470K now.

Sweet spot.

Also, Violent Ducts if done for farming cash is also great for raising experience. I'm currently sitting at Level 29.

I also tested the sing in the shower thing, and it works like a charm. Make some noise in game chat and you'll get small amounts of exp while watching your character shower.

Aislin's doing her thing in there and its wunderbar. Makes me wonder if I can play a song into the mic and have it sound like she's ACTUALLY singing a track.

Tried to recreate that glitch with friends, they couldn't do it. I won't risk it again.

Edit: Well, just found out the 200k ones are the same inside as the 400k one. I was thinking the most expensive one would have a pool or a balcony.. to like.. snipe stuff.

My friend bought the 391K one while I bought the 400K one, us thinking we'd get to see two totally different apartments, but yeah they were the same. The view outside was different, I'm sure the inside's different too, maybe with some furnishings. I didn't look specifically for differences.

I have another friend who bought a 139K place and his isn't in the same building, so his apartment's a lot smaller and looks totally different, as its in another part of town.

I am debating now whether to splurge the 400k or just pay half for the same layout. I don't know if it's just straight up location or if they might add to it later on. I find it so strange that it's identical!

Well, I kiiinda spent 400K. I can't complain since it was free(as if I knew that was gonna happen). Technically since I still have 470K I can buy any apartment I want at free will now, but I like this place.

I'll conserve my cash and only spend when I have a ridiculous amount later. I want heists.

Haha yes, it's definitely good yours glitched out. I know for the fancier ones a Customs shop is nearby, which is good. Perhaps the heists later on will also make it a better location. IDK. I do like how it's segregated from the rest of the city a bit.
