Jesus.. this better be a cloud issue because I may or may not have just lost my LVL 33 character. I don't want to create a new one to check if I can go online cause that might just complicate it. Rockstar noooooo

No worries the character problems are fixed. The disappearing property, money and cars however have not.

What do you mean by fixed? I'm pretty annoyed since I'm also seeing she's completely gone from my Social Club page as well. Ah, damn. It wouldn't be so bad if we could still farm missions.

Okay, talked to technical support and apparently the most recent patch = tons of new people getting into the server and the load is causing things to mess up. It just now happened to another friend of mine, so heads up. I was told by support *NOT* to create a character on the slot of my old one. They are working on a patch now and fixing it, but they can't (legally) guarantee that characters will come back. However, some people are having them randomly pop up again after some time.
