Maybe even Kelly..

NONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONO!

*puts on angry fanboy face*

Don't you ever try to take Kelly from me. She and Jacob are like the only crewmembers without serious issues, mental or otherwise.

You mean besides Jacob volunteering for what he thought was a suicide job?

And Kelly doing some really strange strip tease in your room just because you fed her and flirted..

In her defense, I'd like to point out that Miranda has the hots for Shep because she's jealous of him... And Shepard can flirt with Kelly after most main plotline missions. Also, we never see exactly what went on while she was staying up as late as her college years...

I don't see a squadmate getting indoctrinated as anything but horrible writing.

I won't see it as bad writing if there are some indoctrinated folks around, but the squadmates who specifically haven't been near indoctrination devices long enough to feel the effects? That'd be pretty lame.

Well, yeah, that's what I was trying to say. Imagine if Garrus suddenly tried to kill you because "indoctrination lol". It'd be incredibly stupid.

It could be done, but it would have to be very well written and foreshadowed.

I hope it's not going to happen. Thats the last thing shepard needs. I hope it isn't Legion.

So long as they foreshadow the squaddies indoctrination (unlike what suddenly happens your tainted sibling in DA2) I think it would be a pretty good plot point. Hell, having Shep KNOW he's indoctrinated might lead to some pretty interesting character developments before the inevitable end.

Hmmm... creepy ME3 ending: Shep reaper floats off into darkspace for 50000 year hiberantion.

Liara. Her position as the SB and Shep's close friend makes her a target. In metagame terms, she's the only old favorite alive in all games so you're not wasting a plot point and it'll hurt more.

Indeed, I would prefer that it not happen myself, but we can't always get what we want where conflict is involved.

I wouldn't be surprised if Renegade Shepard had that ending.

Also her mother was indoctrinated.  The daughter becomes the mother.  Age old plot devise to be sure, but I wouldn't put it past BW to do it.

Must I point out that Renegade is not necessarily evil?

Or she becomes overwhelmed with the power of the SB base and it turns her a bit funny.

Yeah i know but they tend to be about themselves rather than humanity which could end up being the end of them, i dunno i can just see it happening.

Don't have to be evil to want to be immortal. Shep might pull a Decker-from-"Star Trek" move.

Idk, outside of Wrex, she seems to be the most mentally stable squadmate.

Ashley and Kaiden. If only because I'm suspicious over their curious inabillity to be abducted while standing in the middle of the lane and frozen in stasi roughly twenty yards next to a woman who was abducted.

Y'know, that one always kinda bothered me, too... Like they wanted to use them as a redshirt but didn't want them to get kidnapped...

Anderson seems like the most likely, and as someone else said, it'll be another tearjerker moment in ME3 when you have to put down your mentor.

I do NOT believe it will be possible for any squadmates to be indoctrinated, as it seems like bad writing to me personally. Legion would possibly seem the most acceptable of this though (He doesn't seem likely as an ME3 squadmate however).

However, I do see the high possibility of your CREW being indoctrinated, IF written in smartly however.

None of them considering we don't know how indoctrination works.

I think it'd be highly unlikely that Kaidan/Ashley get indoctinated although it wouldn't be expected.

They might pull what they did with Bastila (Sp? and cba to search) in KOTOR and you have to talk her down and maybe knock or out or something... or renegade option and blast that alien **** between the eyes... I'll avoid this though lol

I'm very sure hes been confirmed or quasi-confirmed as at least a temporary squad mate.

Bastila and Aribeth are who I'm thinking of, actually. You'll be able to cure her somehow. I'm thinking she'll be replaced by Aria.

You haven't missed anything; he's referring to Horizon.

On Horizon, in ME2, when the colony is abducted. When VirmireSurvivor holds off the bugs, they are the first one bitten, and are frozen in the middle of the road, still holding an Assault rifle. The woman they were talking to, Lilith, runs, but is also bitten and frozen, still within eyesight of the Virmire survivor. Yet when you finish Horizon, the survivor just sort of wanders over once the fighting is done.

Lilith is at the collector base if you don't waste any time heading through the Omega 4 relay. So why didn't the collectors take the man/woman just down the road?

None of this is news.

Edit: Oh, hey, a post ninja.
