I'm suprised to see no one started any threads about meredith and the fact her blood turned to that red lyrium upon death. I want to know if the red lyrium in the deeproads is blood infused lyrium.  We know templars drink lyrium. They were told it helped to face down the mages. But who started they lie and why. If lyrium can effect the body by adding magical energy to it. Then could all that blood of kirkwalls past be turned into lyrium and used at anytime bye a mage?

Well if lyrium is in the blood that would explain why blood magic came about. I hope we get a dev to put thier explanation on this.

Personally, I think it was just put there for a fancy, dramatic effect.
