Just received mine today. I ordered from Bioware store the first day it was available. It's supposedly made of some sort of resin. The model itself is pretty good quality, but the paintjob isn't. Here are some pics:

Nothing so far. I'm sure he's pretty busy with other stuff and this isnt very high on his priority list (which it shouldn't be anyway). I'm sure he'll get to it when he can. 

On a side note, still loving the ship

Just got mine today pre-ordered so long ago I forgot it was coming out in November it was a nice surprise. The quality of the ship is nice and it seems pretty solid but the paint job could be better. The blue is uneven in places and sometimes the lines aren't quite right but overall I'm happy with it.

I got the card too it says redeem it for information and updates which seems odd, I mean why wouldn't everybody get these updates without the card. In any case the code is currently not working.

 Ordered the Aliance one last night. Very nice looking. I'm hoping they don't mess up the paintjobs, though. If it's nice enough when I get ahold of it, I may very well put it in a display case.

I doubt they would give certain people info with the product, as anyone could tell others. It's probably a small, in-game bonus. A cabin item, likely. Maybe something on Shep's desk.

I hope you're correct as I'd prefer even a small in game item but the card's exact wording is "to receive information and updates about the mass effect universe".  Either way the codes not working yet so I guess we'll have to wait and see, hopefully you're right and we get a small Normandy in game or something.

I pre-ordered both pretty early and just got shipping confirmation on the Alliance one. Will probably arrive in a week or two. Not sure what the code might be for...maybe Early Access to the MP part of the demo?

I've just had a dispatch email for the Alliance model, I pre-ordered it as soon as it was announced.
I'm in the UK, and it usually takes around 5-7 days for stuff from the store to reach me...just a shame I'm away from home until the first week in December.
Have put my flatmates on high-alert for the delivery ^^

You might remember some obscure rifle called "Mattock".
it's a little more... "potent" then the M-8

Customs people don't need a reason to take your stuff. I have way too much experience with that. <_< Any international shipping is a crapshoot.

It might be more potent, but does it have sleek lines? I like my guns powerful and pretty. :innocent:

They said that they will "likely begin shipping replacements next week."
