I got mine yesterday and now its here in my office desk. However, I will say again....I wish the SR-1 was also available. It aches that it isn't. Also, where did you all find the Cereberus version, I thought they were all sold out.

Yes still waiting on a response -_-

When I emailed the BioWare Store a few months back trying to get a replacement for my Shepard figure, I was told that I needed to contact the makers of the figure itself (DC Direct).

They may ask you to contact Dark Horse for a replacement.

Already got a response:

They said that they will "likely begin shipping replacements next week."
:wizard:

Well I hope it works out for you. ;)

Anybody have any idea when the code that we got with this will be "recognized"?

Right, that's too sweet to pass up. When it was first announced, I was certain I'd be murdered on shipping charges, but it was a reasonable 15 dollars to send it to Denmark. I can live with that. Too bad the Miranda pinup shirt in my size was out of stock, guess I'll become a return customer at some point.

No metal at all. Feels like resin or a hard plastic. I'm in MA, so if you are close you should be getting it soon.

Thanks for the info.

No problem. Did you buy both versions?

I did but the Cerberus variant's release has been pushed back to December 1st according to Gamestop's web site.  I might order another one since I ordered two of the SSV Alliance version.

Just saw this at the BioWare store too. Anyone have a spare $650 for a replica of the M-8 Avenger Assault Rifle? :P I kinda want to stroke it.

LOL.  I wish it were a model of the Widow sniper rifle or the Carnifex Hand Cannon.

I just recieved my replica today. To be honest, I'm incredibly disappointed in the quality of the paint job. Some parts look uneven, other parts have some grayish splotches, hell, some parts don't even matchup precisely.

I don't have a camera so no ability to take pictures. Also, my smartphone's camera is total garbage so there is no way to get a clear, pristine shot upclose.

Does it look like the picture in this thread? That looks a bit sloppier than mine, but I still don't think it's too bad.

Very similar, except that some lines look like there are some skipping marks.

I'm not impressed with the paint job on mine either. It definitely is not as crisp or shiny as the pictures used to sell it. Not by a long shot. I hope the Cerberus one is better.

After getting my Alliance SR2 I'm not going to be taking a risk on the Cerb variant. It's not bad, but... disappointing. No other words for it. Quality was not a part of the SR2 models.

Well, I for one am happy with it. The paint job could be better, but it's still cool in my eyes. I'd love it if they made several different ships (at lower price points).

Maybe something later? I was hoping someting demo related like reveryone else, but who knows. Maybe an extra dog pal in ME3. I like it, but the paint job is just not that great.

Maybe. If I were to bet on anything, I would thing it would unlock something small for Mass Effect 3 right around the time it comes out.

I've got my SR2 Alliance version, and I'm pretty disappointed. Detail on the thing is actually pretty good, but it's made out of resin and will not survive any kind of drop. Don't even think about letting the kids touch it. The paint job on mine is sloppy. Irregular lines, and an airbrush job that left the white areas a dingy gray.

I've preordered the Cerberus variant, but I'm rethinking it.

A model of the Revvie or a Turian Frigate would happily set me back. Gawsh, how I love that LMG...
I got my SR-2A model sometime around November. The code it has grants you a special pack for multiplayer, which contains at least one Gold weapon.
