The only thing I hate about Isabela is her DA2 outfit being a ridiculous choice for heavy combat situations, especially with all the (also ridiculous) acrobatics DA2 rogues pull off. ... Well, and her breasts (and others') defying all laws of physics to put it mildly.

When you grow to hate most of the party, this gets to be a problem. Sure, you can say, "Don't recruit Fenris!" but what if I hate Fenris, Sebastian, Anders, Isabela, and Merrill? That's everyone besides Aveline, Varric, and the siblings.

Her boobs jiggle when she runs/walks. So it does not defy physics at all.

This part I can agree with. It's the same reason I didn't use half the squad in Mass Effect 2. However, I don't understand why the vitriol agaisnt the character. And saying Anders is a better choice just shows up a disturbed mind. The manipulative terrorist abomination is a better choice than the free-spirited swashbuckler? Really?

Yeah but Fenris Seb and Isabela can all be skipped. 

I understand raging about Anders and Merrill because they're forced on you but the other three are easily avoided.
