I happen to like Isabela. Minus her skanky nature, she's a pretty cool companion.

Yes because Izzy led a group of people that where pissing off the the Qunari and killing converts. Oh wait....KenKenpachi wrote...
Well she's a pirate **** and her actions did lead to a slaughter and mini war, so yes.

No more than you're annoying us by playing a broken record.
I mean, seriously, how many hate threads do you need to make?! We got the message after the first 2, so thank you and good night.

The Warden is a Sue!
Uh...the warden actually kind of *is* an actual Sue. None of the companions in the games are actual sues though Tallis to me anyway is easily the most sueish of the companions.
It's a running BW protagonist trend.
But of *course* the PC is a sue due to the virtue of him/her almost always being self inserty. That's not automatically a bad thing.

(3) After stealing the relic, Isabela's ship fought a qunari warship but Isabela still somehow survived even when most of her crew died. Again, Isabela should have died.
I think her objection to "qunary warship" is actually in reference to Isabela's escape from the Arishok if you hand her over. The game is mocking her, see. It gives her this perfect chance to punish Izzy for her
(You'd think people could get some satisfaction out of the sheer cruelty of betraying her in the first place when Hawke's the first person she's ever started to believe she could trust, but I suppose nothing is sufficient punishment for a woman who dares to enjoy sex.)

And her Isabela hate group continues to swell in numbers, as a testament to the righteousness of her cause!
No, wait, it's still just her and five other sad people.

Just look at her clothes. That just fanservice- real pirates don looks like this. Het jokes anly about sex. I am speaking the truth - that is the one of main reasons that fanboys love her so much.
Anders similar at Isabela in personality but if he was a woman and has opened clothes fanboys love him too like her.
Just to let u know I am not a guy, I am a straight female n my fem Hawke's always see Isy as their bff and my male Hawke's 9 times out of 10 romance her or shag her
But I absolutely adore Isabela because this girl has personality, she has spunk. She's fun to be around, her banter is funny. She's got spirit. So what she's got sex on the brain, see past that. Yes she did cause probs stealing that relic but no companion in DA2 is innocent of wrong doing. Everyone has killed someone or caused a death, shyt even Hawke.

Or don't and play into it! /uploads_user/1070000/1069890/80463.gif
She's a human female after all, and I can attest as a human female, I have sex on the the brain all the time! For the average correctly functioning human female, sex (whether with someone else or solo) is a majorly important part of life! /uploads_user/1070000/1069890/43394.gif

The banter at 2:07 -
And there's an insightful one from her in a banter with Anders about justice (the concept, not the spirit):
At 3:44 -
And one about regrets:
At 1:49 -
And there's her kindness and protectiveness towards Merrill, and the fact she comes back for you if you get her into friendship/rivalry, and her anti-slavery, anti-judgemental attitudes. Isabela is deeper than people give her credit for.
Edit: And after reading Terryballer's comment, I remember that you can rivalry her if you really don't like her attitude, and she will become a "better person"! What more could anyone want? Trousers? That would be madness!

Isabela like Morry "Love is stupid, blah-blah-blah" , "harm in youth", then "I love you", so predictable and boring. I'd like to see female character as Aribeth- strong but feminity, not a wh*re and selfish b*tch - Isabela seduce Hawke and tell him that it was just for fun, she just backstub Hawke with foliat of Kolsine like stubborn wh*re as she is. Also she sleeps with everything that moves, her apperiance just fanservice, and she has some deseases.
Whenever I see someone calling Issy that and hating her because of it, to me, it just comes of as fixating on one part of her character, exaggerate it and deciding not to like her no matter what. There's a lot more to her character than her sexual nature.

Trousers, under pain of death. The glorious father, our Maker demands it.

I agree. Antivans speak Spanish, after all. Zevran says "si amor?" to a romanced Warden, and Vincento (Feynriel's father) says maldición.

Perhaps you are right, i just always saw them as Italian and the Rivaini as Spanish, but aside from Isabela i don't really remember anyone from there, much less one speaking the native tounge.LobselVith8 wrote...
