I deeply hate DLC, but if one is done in this way, and they add the possibility to throw Anora to the Darkspawn, I'll buy it, you've my word.RunCDFirst wrote...
I'd only support Morrigan DLC if the option to kill her was present.

Just as a question, let's say you romanced Morrigan and you *did* chase after her once the story is over. What would you expect to happen if you found her?
Probably I'd expect her to hesitate for only a moment before calling your character a ******, knocking him out with a spell and vanishing again.
If the plot had contrived to get her into a situation where she could actually use the assistance of your hero she'd probably use that as an excuse to keep him around for a bit. I can only imagine any attempt to rekindle the romance turning out poorly though.
It depends a bit on how the demon baby turns out too!

while the player shares her last breath he swears to find the demonkid and avenge her.
oh and give it a huge funeral scene... and maybe let the "spirit" of morrigan haunt the player later on...

I find it hard to believe that you would honestly expect a reunion where you run towards each other across a field of grass, arms open to sweep each other up? Morrigan says, "you found me, you big silly! I know I told you to never come after me, but I was totally wrong!" And then you go off to raise your demon baby in a nice cottage with a white picket fence?
Or you think that, having found her, she will answer questions for you then? Do you intend to offer child support, what? I know that you were hoping for something *more* -- but that's part of the point. I obviously have my own ideas on where the story will go, but now I'm just really curious as to what sort of romantic reunion is being pictured here.
I have trouble imaging any of this making a compelling game

Wat?
If Duncan didn't get a huge funeral, no way in hell is the evil witch getting one! I forbid it!

Damnit, don't people ever listen to stuff ingame? It's a pure soul of the Old God. It's not evil.

I know right? What are you expecting?
Morrigan obviously has some bad intentions, which is why she's leaving, and if you track her down she's more than likely going to be forced to kill you. With you out there doing your Grey Warden thing, at least she has a bit of something eating away at her evil nature that may lead her to doing the right thing in the end. If she has to kill you then she is going to turn into a far more evil person as a result.
Tragic love stories are supposed to make you feel sad. Weep ye for that which was found, and lost again, for the beauty of remembered love outshines the brightest gem.

Well let's face it. Morrigan feels regret and sorrow. She misses the main character.
It's cute that you believe that.
I suppose Morrigan is right about men..

According to who? Morrigan?
Let's see, an evil witch seeks to concieve a child with darkspawn blood and blood magic.
If that doesn't say devil child to you, what does?

Well, I mean it's what the epilogue clearly states. What are you trying to say? That's it's wrong?

The epilogue says that your character "is sure" that is what Morrigan feels.
In other words, it's what the PC thinks, not what is so. It's not even certain the ring has any real powers at all.

True I suppose, it's still going to be a child though. I just don't see how a baby is going to be incredibly evil. The only reason the Archdemon is so powerful is because it's in the body of a massive godly Dragon. In a human form it would be no more powerful than any other potent darkspawn mage.
Never watched the Omen, I take it?

Yes it is. She uses it to track you if you're captured by Ser Cauthrien.

You really think they havent already got it made up? They left the story with her the way it is, so that they could make dlc/expansion out of it... dont worry , you will see it.
Sequel, A God-Childe is too big for either of those formats, it's going to be a sequel.
